Commercial buildings are (usually) way bigger than residential dwellings with crazy high ceilings huge communal spaces and some<span style="color:rgb(129, 129, 129)">&nbsp;running</span> 24/7 for most of the year.<br />These are the buildings that can make the biggest difference in our collective carbon footprints.<br />Thats the reason that I am thrilled when it comes to sustainable and intelligent commercial buildings such as this unusual architectural landmark of the docklands, The Chrystal.<br />Not just beautiful but It uses recycled water for the toilets has&nbsp;70% less CO2 emissions than other comparable offices and a &pound;0&nbsp;annual heating bill.
